This treatment is performed in a side lying position for the comfort and safety of you and your baby.

Pregnancy Massage Therapy Treatment

From the top of your head to the tips of your fingers, this restorative massage will soothe your nervous system and ease tension in your head, face, neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands. This focused upper body treatment incorporates techniques from Swedish, Indian head massage, and craniosacral therapy. You can leave the table feeling extra refreshed with (an optional) soothing menthol lotion applied to your neck and shoulders at the end. If you work at a desk all day, look at screens, or want to feel utterly relaxed, this treatment is for you!

The Ultimate Upper Body Massage

This blissful treatment begins with calming breath work and lymphatic drainage of the face and neck followed by the Neolifting technique. This technique gently works the muscles of the face both externally and internally (buccal) using non-invasive manual massage to:

* improve the overall appearance of the skin
